Working with Tim was so easy! He gave me all of the options for which heat pump set up would be best for me.  In addition, he took pictures, both inside and outside of the house,  and added the heat pumps and splits to the pictures so I could show them to my property manager. Because the pictures were so well done, I was able to get approval almost immediately.  Scagnelli & Son Heat Pump did the installation and Lakeside Electric did the electrical work.  GEES, Scagnelli & Son, and Lakeside Electric were very easy to work with.  As a woman, I was very comfortable having all of them in my home and all three were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and fast.  I finally like being in my house now and I recommend Tim Post and his team to everyone who would like a cool house.
